What you will do

• Define and manage technology staging strategies across PTD programs to ensure alignment with ramp schedules.
• Drive prioritization of technology development activities based on product roadmaps and business impact.
• Align cross-functional roadmaps for process, equipment, and materials to synchronize delivery of capabilities.
• Coordinate between R&D, Process Integration, Equipment Engineering, and Operations to ensure end-to-end execution.
• Identify risks to technology readiness and lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to track readiness milestones and provide regular updates to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in technology development or process integration within manufacturing environments (e.g., HDD, semiconductor).
• Proven experience in project/program management and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience with technology readiness frameworks such as TRL or similar staging models.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-site teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
