What you will do

  • Own a defined product area within the E-commerce vertical and drive its roadmap execution.
  • Lead product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and requirements definition to launch and iteration.
  • Identify customer pain points and growth opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Translate business goals into actionable product initiatives and clear priorities.
  • Define success metrics and monitor product performance to ensure measurable business impact.
  • Improve conversion, retention, and seamless experience for both customers and partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in consumer products, marketplaces, e-commerce, or fintech.
  • Strong product discovery and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with product metrics, experiments, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to independently lead product initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
  • English: Professional working proficiency (B2/C1+) required.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Limassol, Cyprus.

Nice to have

  • Experience in logistics or on-demand businesses.
  • Proficiency in Russian.
