What you will do
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting for 10-20 requisitions simultaneously.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using cold outreach, Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and HireEZ.
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to negotiate terms and deliver competitive offers.
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience through clear communication.
- Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS (Success Factors, Workday).
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically in technical or manufacturing roles.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Proven ability to source candidates proactively rather than relying on applicants.
- Experience utilizing ATS platforms such as Workday or Success Factors.
- Must be based in Penang, Malaysia.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
