What you will do

• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews with applicants.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and update hiring trackers.
• Post job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
