What you will do
- Own the end-to-end UI/UX design process from initial concepts to final implementation.
- Design intuitive user flows, customer journeys, and modern interfaces using Figma.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and design tokens.
- Create engaging experiences for iGaming, crypto, sports, and internal business systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to ensure high-quality, pixel-perfect execution.
- Iterate on existing products using user feedback and analytics insights.
Requirements
- Must be based in Switzerland
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design.
- Expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, variables, and developer handoff workflows.
- Proven experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
- Strong product mindset with the ability to balance user needs and business goals.
- Understanding of modern frontend concepts like HTML, CSS, and component-based architecture.
Nice to have
- Experience in iGaming, online casino, sports betting, or crypto industries.
- Proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Midjourney for design workflows.
- Familiarity with Jira and Slack.
