What you will do

• Collaborate with teams to master and manage diverse production technology stacks.
• Ensure site performance, uptime, and scalability for high-traffic products.
• Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerting systems, and runbook documentation.
• Identify technical bottlenecks and architect scalable, reliable solutions.
• Partner with application engineering teams to deliver robust infrastructure.
• Build and optimize tooling for deployment and release processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering or site reliability.
• Proficiency in at least one object-oriented language (Java, C++, or C).
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Perl.
• Hands-on experience with containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with public cloud providers (AWS or GCP) and common service technologies.
