What you will do

• Produce and edit visual elements using AI-assisted tools like Heygen, ElevenLabs, and Kling alongside Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Collaborate with creative directors and scriptwriters to bring visual concepts to life.
• Research and test new generative AI tools to improve production efficiency.
• Optimize workflows by integrating AI automation for rotoscoping, compositing, and lip-syncing.
• Maintain visual consistency and narrative flow across AI-generated characters and environments.
• Document production workflows and provide input on process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Costa Rica, Mexico, Colombia, or Spain
• Proven experience in video editing and post-production.
• Strong familiarity with AI-driven creative tools for image and video generation.
• Understanding of storytelling, motion design, and visual composition.
• Ability to experiment with emerging technologies and adapt to evolving workflows.
• English proficiency required

Nice to have

• Experience with ComfyUI or Automatic1111.
• Basic 3D skills in Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Experience in eLearning, L&D, or corporate communications.
• Knowledge of Python for workflow automation.
