What you will do

• Capture and edit high-quality video and static assets for paid performance channels including Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with the Creative Performance Lead to translate concepts and scripts into high-performing assets.
• Produce a high volume of variations, cut-downs, captions, and basic motion graphics for ongoing creative testing.
• Support on-set production with camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Implement AI-assisted editing tools and stay current with social content trends to increase efficiency.
• Manage project files and media libraries to ensure a streamlined post-production workflow.

Requirements

• Experience in videography, editing, or content production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven track record of shooting and editing short-form content for social and digital advertising.
• Ability to operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment in a production setting.
• Knowledge of media encoding, compression, and export workflows across different digital channels.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Alexandria, Australia.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
