We are an international game development company focused on creating high-quality mobile games loved by players worldwide.

We're looking for a proactive User Acquisition Manager to join our team and help us grow our mobile game projects through effective advertising campaigns and data-driven decisions.

🔺Responsibilities:
• Create, manage and optimize campaigns in advertising platforms
• Monitor the performance of current creatives and initiate the creation of new ones based on data
• Analyze key metrics, including game performance, campaign and creative effectiveness

🔺 Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as a marketer in GameDev or a digital agency
• Experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Unity Ads, Mintegral, etc.
• Strong awareness of mobile game creatives and current trends
• Understanding of mobile game metrics
• Experience with analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.
• Proactivity, systematic thinking and a passion for games
