What you will do

• Develop and maintain the Group's FX risk management policy and advise senior management on market developments.
• Identify and quantify transactional, translational, and economic FX exposures across global subsidiaries.
• Execute hedging strategies using spot, forwards, options, and swaps to mitigate financial risks.
• Optimize treasury processes, including intercompany netting and local currency payment strategies.
• Manage bank relationships, including compliance, account opening, and fee negotiations.
• Prepare regular reports on FX exposure, hedging effectiveness, and P&L impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Treasury with a focus on FX risk management.
• Hands-on experience with FX hedging instruments (forwards, spot; options/swaps are a plus).
• Proven experience executing FX transactions and working with banking partners.
• Solid analytical skills for exposure tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience in a multi-currency environment; knowledge of TMS/ERP is a plus.
• English proficiency is required (tested during the hiring process).
