What you will do

• Build and maintain backend services using C#/.NET within a distributed microservices architecture.
• Deliver features end-to-end, covering requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Write clean, testable code and maintain automated tests using NUnit, xUnit, and Playwright.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and DevOps to propose architectural improvements and participate in design reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues via root-cause analysis and implement system fixes.
• Mentor teammates, provide constructive feedback, and drive improvements in team engineering practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong OOP skills and proficiency in modern .NET practices.
• Proven background in distributed/microservices architectures and end-to-end flows.
• Strong skill set with SQL Server and performant data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD and release automation tools such as TeamCity and Octopus.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures, messaging systems, or streaming platforms.
• Familiarity with security best practices and data privacy regulations.
