What you will do

• Define target states for application security and vulnerability management across the enterprise.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to embed security from the start of the development lifecycle.
• Research and implement solutions for emerging threats, including AI-integrated application risks and software supply chain security.
• Lead architectural initiatives and supervise security changes within the technology estate.
• Translate complex technical risks into business language for senior stakeholders.
• Prioritize and drive remediation of security risks across the application portfolio.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with application security tooling and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Solid understanding of secure software development practices in agile and DevSecOps models.
• Proven experience managing vulnerability programs at scale, including metrics and reporting.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures such as containers, microservices, and serverless.
• Familiarity with AI-integrated application risks, including LLM and RAG architectures.
• Strong communication skills to influence engineering and product stakeholders.
