Senior Fullstack Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy production automations and UIs to remove manual operational steps.
• Partner with frontend engineers to productize internal tooling for global teams.
• Analyze and execute operational procedures to identify system defects and manual bottlenecks.
• Instrument and report outcome metrics such as MTTC and manual-step reduction.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Security to build safe, auditable automations with RBAC.
• Own the full software lifecycle including CI/CD via ArgoCD and Terraform, and on-call support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in large-scale production systems.
• Deep expertise in Golang, including concurrency models, memory management, and standard library.
• Proven experience building end-to-end user-facing features with TypeScript and React.
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Strong ability to model human workflows as systems and solve complex technical problems.
• Experience with observability, tracing, and continuous profiling.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of service-oriented architectures and microservices (REST, gRPC).
• Experience with GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Background in financial markets (exchange, broker-dealers, clearing).
• Experience with capacity planning and benchmarking.
