What you will do

• Coordinate governance activities across distributed teams in alignment with service management and AI standards.
• Support service owners in meeting compliance requirements and reducing operational risks.
• Maintain ISO 20000-1 and ISO 42001 compliant systems to ensure constant audit readiness.
• Identify and mitigate risks within IT services and AI-related processes.
• Improve governance processes through the application of policies, standards, and best practices.
• Lead audit activities, including reviews, gap analysis, and tracking.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT, including at least 1 year in project management or business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL framework, ISO 20000, ISO 42001, and the EU AI Act.
• Experience with risk management techniques and familiarity with IT audit processes.
• Understanding of SDLC and experience with project management frameworks.
• Proficiency in coordinating distributed and virtual teams.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
