Family Office | Development & Real Estate

A Family Office focused on development is looking for a Head of Finance — a strategic partner to the CEO, Board of Directors, and shareholders, who will build and lead the company's finance function.

📍 Limassol, Cyprus | 🏢 Office, full-time | 🚀 Start ASAP

🎯 Key Responsibilities
— Budgeting, cash flow forecasting, quarterly Business Case updates, management reporting
— Coordination of external audit and IFRS reporting
— Structuring financing, negotiations with banks, financial models for investors
— Preparing materials for the Board of Directors
— Implementing KPI systems and internal financial policies

✅ Requirements
— Higher education in finance/accounting/economics; ACCA/ACA/CPA/CFA is a plus
— 8–10+ years in finance, including senior/managerial roles
— Experience in Real Estate, development, construction, or other capital-intensive industries is a strong advantage
— Solid FP&A, budgeting, corporate finance background
— Fluent English; Russian — native/fluent; Greek is a plus

🎁 What We Offer
— Compensation: 5,000–7,000 EUR gross
— Official employment (company registered in Cyprus, arranges work visas)
— Benefits package for managerial roles: gasoline compensation 300–400 €/month, sports 70 €/month, training 600 €/year, meals 20 €/day
— 20 vacation days per Cyprus labor law
— Path to Cypriot citizenship after 4 years of employment
— Preference for candidates already based in Cyprus
