Location: Colombia (Fully Remote). Working hours: 9 am–5 pm MST.

Salary: USD 1,700–2,200 per month + performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead and manage the SEO team, including two offshore SEO assistants, ensuring high-quality delivery across client accounts.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies across Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and AI search optimization (AIO/GEO).
• Run keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with content, web development, and client success teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Track organic performance, analyze data, and optimize for rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Create client reports with actionable insights and improve SEO workflows, QA processes, and documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing SEO campaigns.
• Experience leading or mentoring an SEO team, including remote or offshore team members.
• Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Local SEO, and Google Business Profile optimization, plus AI search optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Screaming Frog, Search Atlas, and other SEO tools.
• Basic HTML and WordPress knowledge with experience collaborating with development teams.
• English: excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing meetings.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency is required (preferably in the U.S.).
• Healthcare niche experience is preferred.
