What you will do

• Oversee reconciliation technology to deliver accurate gross Net Asset Values and profit & loss reports.
• Review portfolio pricing for equities, bonds, derivatives, and other financial instruments.
• Ensure client transaction processing and corporate actions are executed correctly.
• Liaise with custodians, brokers, and counterparties to resolve breaks and improve processes.
• Provide high-quality client service and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
• Support new client onboarding and contribute to technology and process enhancement projects.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Math, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the investor services or asset management industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically with pivot tables and advanced functions.
• Strong understanding of financial securities including equities, bonds, and OTC derivatives.
• Ability to work onsite in Limassol, Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Experience with reconciliation technology or investment accounting general ledgers.
• Intermediate knowledge of VBA or SQL.
