Lead Fullstack Developer (Node.js/Python/Java)

TL;DR

Lead Fullstack Developer (Node.js/Python/Java): Designing and delivering scalable enterprise applications for business units across Europe with an accent on software architecture and technical leadership. Focus on defining technical roadmaps, establishing development standards, and optimizing data models for high performance and reliability.

Location: Hybrid (Gdańsk, Poland) — 2 to 3 days per week from the office.

Salary: 1400 - 1600 PLN/MD (B2B)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable and secure enterprise applications across the full technology stack.
• Define technical architecture and drive technology decisions aligned with business objectives and platform strategy.
• Establish and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and maintainability guidelines.
• Build modern web applications, backend services, REST APIs, and data processing solutions.
• Lead the implementation of cloud-native and microservices-based solutions supporting automation and continuous delivery.
• Mentor development team members through coaching, technical guidance, and code reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of commercial experience as a Software Developer.
• Proficiency in Front-End (HTML5, CSS3, JS) and Back-End (Node.js, Python, Java, Django).
• Strong data modeling skills with MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Gdańsk office (hybrid model).

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience with Automation Anywhere.
• Experience with automated testing using JUnit and Selenium.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications in cloud architecture or Agile/Scrum.
