WonderBrains Recruiting Agency is looking for a Generalist Technical Artist to join a team of more than 25 specialists working on AI-powered playable ads and interactive experiences for the mobile gaming industry.

The company develops Generative AI technology that automates video ad production, game levels, and gameplay mechanics. In this role, you will create and optimize game-ready assets, animations, visual effects, and interactive content while integrating them into lightweight HTML5 pipelines.

🚀 Responsibilities
• Create and optimize 2D and 3D assets for playable ads and interactive experiences
• Edit, clean up, and optimize 3D models and visual assets
• Configure materials, lighting, scale, pivots, and scene organization in Blender
• Export game-ready assets including GLB files, textures, and optimized resources
• Create UI animations, gameplay feedback, visual effects, and character animations
• Integrate visual assets into HTML5 playable ad pipelines
• Maintain high visual quality while ensuring strong mobile performance
• Use AI tools and agentic workflows to create games, gameplay systems, animations, assets, and interactive experiences
• Write, modify, and debug JavaScript and TypeScript
• Control gameplay behavior, timing, responsiveness, flow, and player feedback
• Connect visual assets with interaction logic
• Improve game feel, polish, and responsiveness
• Use AI coding assistants and creative development tools for rapid prototyping
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies for game creation and interactive content

📚 Required Skills
• At least 3 years of experience in Technical Art, Game Art, playable ads, or interactive design
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience using Blender to create game-ready 3D assets
• At least 2 years of experience creating interactive HTML5 playable ads with web-based game frameworks
• Experience in the mobile gaming industry
• Strong knowledge of HTML5
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience with Node.js
• Experience with Pixi.js
• Experience with Three.js
• Experience using GitHub
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, game feel, player feedback, and gameplay polish
• Experience creating mobile game animations, UI animations, visual effects, and gameplay feedback systems
• Experience using Photoshop and After Effects
• Experience with AI tools, agentic workflows, and AI coding assistants
• Strong understanding of rapid prototyping and AI-assisted game development pipelines
• Strong understanding of mobile optimization and performance constraints
• Ability to create lightweight and performant playable ads

👍 Nice to Have
• Experience with Unity
• Experience with Unreal Engine
• Experience writing GLSL shaders
• Experience creating custom shader effects
