Unity Support Engineer

What you will do

• Monitor Unity SDK releases and identify breaking changes impacting Django integration.
• Perform reactive compatibility patching on the Unity client side.
• Diagnose and resolve runtime issues such as frozen screens or configuration sync failures.
• Collaborate with backend teams to document known issues and workarounds in runbooks.
• Maintain and update Unity standalone targets for Windows and Linux environments.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland or westward.
• Proven experience with Unity SDK, Package Manager, and dependency management.
• Strong ability to read, analyze, and modify C# code for debugging and patching.
• Solid understanding of REST API consumption in Unity, including JSON serialization and error handling.
• English level B2+ required.
• Ability to diagnose runtime issues using logs and breakpoints.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital signage, Kiosk systems, or interactive displays.
• Basic understanding of Django REST API from the client perspective.
• Familiarity with GCP Cloud Run.
• Experience with remote diagnostics via jump PCs or RDP.
