- Support customers via chat, phone, video, email, and messag platforms.
- Manage customer inquiries, requests, and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Process operational activities while ensur strict compliance with regulations and policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance service excellence.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent professional experience in bank, shared services, or a BPO environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solv capabilities.
- Proven customer service experience with a focus on ownership and resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
