What you will do

  • Support customers via chat, phone, video, email, and messaghirify.global platforms.
  • Manage customer inquiries, requests, and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Process operational activities while ensurhirify.global strict compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance service excellence.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent professional experience in bankhirify.global, shared services, or a BPO environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solvhirify.global capabilities.
  • Proven customer service experience with a focus on ownership and resolution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
