Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in studio)

What you will do

• Drive improvements across content pipelines, workflows, tools, and technical processes.
• Develop and maintain scalable technical solutions to improve efficiency and visual quality.
• Support shader development, rendering workflows, procedural systems, and runtime implementation.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and propose practical optimization solutions.
• Collaborate with Graphics and Engineering teams to align artistic goals with technical constraints.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Technical Artists and adjacent disciplines.

Requirements

• Strong Technical Art fundamentals with experience across multiple technical areas.
• Advanced experience in areas such as shaders, rendering, procedural workflows, scripting, or optimization.
• Proven experience with Unity.
• Ability to balance visual quality, technical limitations, and runtime performance.
• Experience building maintainable and scalable workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
