What you will do

• Build, maintain, and scale backend services and support tools for the distributed tracing pipeline.
• Participate in architectural definitions and influence the product roadmap.
• Create automation and tooling to improve system scalability and deployment efficiency.
• Work in an agile environment with a DevOps approach, including on-call rotations.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate development workflows and investigate production issues.
• Collaborate with product and experience teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (no visa sponsorship available).
• Strong experience with distributed systems, concurrency, and scaling in production.
• Proficiency in OOP languages such as Kotlin, Java, or Go.
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming, message queues, and event-based flows.
• English proficiency required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with shared code ownership.
