Location: Must be based in Romania (Bucharest or Cluj-Napoca)

What you will do
- Design and evolve conceptual and logical data models for global retail data products.
- Collaborate with business analysts and SMEs to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Define and validate source-to-target mappings to ensure accurate data integration and transformation.
- Promote data modeling standards and best practices through coaching and training stakeholders.
- Partner with technology and business teams to ensure data assets are governed, traceable, and trusted.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management methodologies and guidelines.
Requirements
- English: C1 proficiency required
- Must be based in Romania
- Strong understanding of Data Management principles and IT architecture concepts.
- Proficiency in Entity-Relationship (ER) and Dimensional Data Modeling.
- Experience with modeling tools such as PowerDesigner, InfoSphere Data Architect, Erwin, or Idera ER/Studio.
- Solid knowledge of SQL, Data Warehousing, and Database Design principles.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders in complex international organizations.
Nice to have
- Experience with Collibra or other Data Catalog tools.
- Background in the financial services industry.
- Previous experience as a Senior Database Developer, Solution Designer, or Data Architect.
