What you will do

• Define and execute the BI vision and a multi-year roadmap aligned with key business decisions.
• Establish KPI governance and maintain certified gold datasets to ensure a single source of truth.
• Optimize demand management and standardize QA to improve delivery speed and predictability.
• Drive Tableau adoption by defining UX standards and promoting self-service analytics.
• Prepare data foundations for AI readiness, including monitoring and insight-to-action loops.
• Manage and develop the BI team while collaborating with Legal, Risk, and InfoSec for governance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data management with a track record of stakeholder-facing outcomes.
• Proven experience in people leadership and managing BI teams.
• Expertise in designing BI strategies, defining KPIs, and implementing data governance (dictionaries, ownership).
• Strong proficiency in Tableau (or similar enterprise BI tools) and SQL.
• Working knowledge of metadata management, data lineage, and data privacy principles (GDPR).
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Experience with data catalog, metadata, or data quality monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms and analytics engineering.
• Experience supporting AI/ML use cases and AI governance.
• Background in consulting or multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
