Flying Wild Hog is a game development studio created by passionate gamers and known for action-focused titles including Hard Reset, Shadow Warrior, and Evil West.

As a Senior Engine Graphics Programmer, you will design, implement, and maintain core Unreal Engine 5 features with a focus on rendering and graphics systems. You will work on performance, optimization, debugging, and platform development across PC, Xbox Series X and S, and PlayStation 5.

🚀 Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain core engine features
• Develop and improve graphics and rendering systems
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize game performance
• Profile CPU, GPU, memory, and bandwidth usage
• Communicate technical ideas, requirements, and constraints to technical and non-technical team members
• Debug engine and game systems
• Identify and fix technical issues
• Develop and optimize the game for PC, Xbox Series X and S, and PlayStation 5
• Collaborate with experienced programmers and other development disciplines

📚 Required Skills
• At least 4 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Strong practical knowledge of C++
• Professional experience with Unreal Engine 5
• Strong computer science and mathematics background
• Extensive knowledge of rendering techniques
• Strong understanding of GPU and CPU architecture
• Experience profiling and optimizing CPU, GPU, memory, and bandwidth usage
• Professional systems development experience on a shipped game
• Experience developing for PC, Xbox Series X and S, or PlayStation 5
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical colleagues

👍 Nice to Have
• Experience developing core engine architecture
• Experience working on action games
• Knowledge of cross-platform graphics development
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary game development teams
• Experience working with console certification and platform-specific systems
