What you will do

• Design and maintain comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases based on functional requirements.
• Execute manual testing across multiple phases including Functional, Integration, SIT, Regression, and UAT.
• Identify, document, and track defects through their full lifecycle until resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to clarify requirements and align on test scope.
• Prepare daily and milestone test execution reports to provide visibility on progress and quality status.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Manual Tester or QA Engineer in web or enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in designing test plans, strategies, and detailed test cases.
• Hands-on experience with Functional, Integration, SIT, Regression, and UAT testing in Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or TestRail.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) for international stakeholder collaboration.
• Solid understanding of SDLC/STLC, defect lifecycle, and risk-based testing.
