Senior Fullstack Developer (.NET/React)

TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Developer (.NET/React): Building and supporting business banking and external payment features for financial institutions with an accent on ACH transfers, bill pay, and integration-heavy backend logic. Focus on modernizing legacy functionality, designing public APIs, and implementing AI-assisted development workflows.

Location: Remote (Anywhere). Must have at least 4 hours overlap with morning Pacific Time (6–10 AM PST)

What you will do

• Design and build full-stack solutions across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Develop new features and modernize legacy code using TypeScript, React, C#, and .NET.
• Design and document internal and public APIs.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure high code quality and maintainability.
• Take ownership of technical changes from refinement through deployment and production support.
• Collaborate with product managers and QA engineers in a distributed team environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, TypeScript, and React.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and MS SQL Server.
• Experience with API design and supporting production web applications end-to-end.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude).
• English: Intermediate+ proficiency required.
• Timezone: Minimum 4 hours overlap with 6–10 AM PST.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS cloud services, Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or other regulated domains.
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to engineering standards.
