What you will do
- Drive trading volume and maximize AUM through onboarding and retention of VIP clients.
- Formulate revenue strategies and collaborate with product teams to enhance features based on client feedback.
- Manage relationships with HNWIs, family offices, and prop trading desks to secure referrals and new prospects.
- Lead partnership efforts in Europe, identifying opportunities and executing negotiations.
- Oversee legal and compliance aspects, including KYC/AML processes and regulatory reporting.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, educating clients on the full value proposition of the platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English and Polish is mandatory.
- 5+ years of experience in VIP business development or account management within crypto, fintech, or wealth management.
- Proven track record of driving trading volume and AUM growth in competitive markets.
- In-depth understanding of MiCA, AML/KYC, and CEE financial regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and deep familiarity with crypto products like perpetuals, staking, and Earn.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in additional CEE languages such as Russian or Ukrainian.
