What you will do

• Assist in designing Agent-related capabilities, including task flows, user interaction patterns, and feedback loops.
• Contribute to the Harness evaluation framework through test scenario design and performance analysis.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to translate business requirements into shippable product specifications.
• Research and map high-value Agent use cases across Web3 wallet, payment, and trading business lines.
• Define and track Agent performance metrics such as task success rates and tool-calling accuracy.
• Identify real-world usage issues to support continuous product and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science.
• Strong interest in AI products, Agentic workflows, and Web3 technologies.
• Basic understanding of AI Agent mechanics like tool-calling, task planning, and context management.
• Solid product fundamentals including the ability to write clear PRDs, flow diagrams, and test cases.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level required) for coordination with global stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, learning agility, and comfort navigating ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Personal projects or coursework related to LLM applications or prompt engineering.
• Experience with MCP, Function Calling, RAG, or multi-Agent orchestration.
• Knowledge of the Binance ecosystem or mainstream Web3 user scenarios.
