What you will do

• Support reporting and monitoring of metrics and Key Risk Indicators (KRI) at product and divisional levels.
• Review accounts to determine holder legitimacy and make restriction or dismissal decisions.
• Identify trends from cases and reports to notify management of critical information.
• Monitor account activity to detect and block suspicious transactions.
• Contact account holders to verify activity and mitigate potential losses.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences).
• Must be a current university student or a recent graduate.
• Ability to make discretionary decisions based on research and function with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies quickly.
• Must be based in Taiwan (employment subject to local laws).

Nice to have

• Relevant work experience in a Risk Operations role.
• Knowledge or experience in SQL or Datawind.
• Knowledge or experience in cryptography.
