hirify.global is building a financial operating system for the gaming economy, providing the infrastructure for real money to enter, circulate, and exit game experiences within a compliant framework.

What you will do

• Conduct scalable cybersecurity and third-party risk assessments to ensure consistency and repeatability.
• Identify security and policy gaps in existing systems and architectures and implement necessary enhancements.
• Align systems and procedures with compliance frameworks including SOC 2, DORA, GDPR, and PCI DSS.
• Design and maintain technical security solutions to address vulnerabilities and risks.
• Collaborate with software engineers to establish a robust security compliance posture.
• Develop technical security standards and maintain cloud recovery and backup solutions for business continuity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in security governance, cloud and application security assessments, and risk management.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, cloud security, and identity and access management (IAM).
• Demonstrated experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or OpenTofu.
• Working knowledge of Linux, git, GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to design and implement cybersecurity solutions while balancing business objectives.
• Ability to analyze potential attack methods and identify vulnerabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS Organizations and Multi Account setups.
• Previous professional experience as a software engineer.
• Direct experience with SOC 2 compliance efforts.
• Knowledge of Bitcoin and Lightning Network software.
