💡 What you'll do:
• Design and improve content moderation policies for a safe user environment.
• Lead a team of moderators and develop AI-driven moderation tools.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product, and engineering teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Build relationships with vendors and monitor moderation technologies' performance.
• Drive continuous improvements in moderation workflows and operational processes.
🎯 What we expect:
• 4+ years in a leadership role within Content Moderation or Trust & Safety.
• Experience in fast-paced B2C tech companies or startups.
• Strong understanding of UGC platforms and compliance challenges.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional projects.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in English; Russian is a strong advantage.
