What you will do

• Architect the core infrastructure and backend for the next-generation Enterprise Agentic Framework.
• Build a modular, multi-tenant agent platform expanding from Customer Support into IT, Security, and Legal domains.
• Design state-machine and agentic workflows transitioning from human-in-the-loop to full automation.
• Implement robust backend tracing, logging, and instant rollback mechanisms for AI-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Product and Platform Engineering to align roadmaps and resolve dependencies.
• Mentor engineers and subject matter experts across software and internal operations teams.

Requirements

• BS or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Extensive experience designing and maintaining high-throughput production backend systems.
• Proven track record with enterprise-grade microservices and robust APIs in complex environments.
• Deep familiarity with distributed systems and large-scale data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks, state machines, or agentic automation.
• Knowledge of multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise security constraints.
