Location: Makati City (100% Onsite Work)

What you will do
- Provide first-point-of-contact customer service and support to ensure a positive client experience.
- Coordinate NEMT services, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.
- Secure required prior authorizations for NEMT services within strict guidelines and timelines.
- Schedule paratransit transportation based on passengers’ needs and preferences.
- Manage and resolve transportation disruptions promptly and professionally.
- Maintain quality standards, recommend improvements, and meet/exceed KPIs through continuous learning.
Requirements
- A passion for helping people and building strong customer relationships.
- No BPO experience required; willingness to learn and complete full training.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using a computer and learning new tools.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in every interaction.
- Amenable to shifting schedules, holidays, graveyard shift, and weekend work if required.
