What you will do

• Administer methadone as prescribed and evaluate patient appropriateness for treatment.
• Maintain accurate patient dosing records and reconcile medication inventory.
• Collect urine specimens and record results.
• Coordinate and prepare courtesy and vacation dose packages.
• Train new nursing staff and implement quality health standards.
• Collaborate with counselors and the medical director to monitor patient progress.

Requirements

• Licensed LPN/LVN in the state of TN (RN preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in chemical addiction is preferred.
• Accurate data entry skills and basic computing knowledge.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
