Salary: $197,300–$225,100 per year

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers focused on distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
• Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust, cloud-based solutions.

• Utilize a broad tech stack including JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Go, and AWS services.
• Experiment with new technologies and integrate interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (no H1B, F-1, TN, etc. support provided).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Ability to work on-site in McLean, VA.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
• 1+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Agile practices.
