What you will do

• Define new digital strategies and design digital business and operating models for clients.
• Implement digital and mobile innovations to enhance business operations and analytics.
• Deploy latest developments in digital customer experience, online marketing, and e-commerce.
• Utilize and implement marketing technology stacks such as Adobe, Salesforce, Thunderhead, and Google.
• Contribute to the development of service offerings and participate in commercial business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree.
• Experience in Corporate Strategy, Digital Transformation, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, CRM, or Customer Analytics.
• Trilingual proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics with the ability to build expertise quickly.
• Creative and analytical mindset combined with an entrepreneurial approach.
• Must have valid work authorization for Belgium.
