What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity and reverse engineering professionals.
• Perform software reverse engineering and vulnerability research on weapon systems.
• Develop proof of concept software and high-fidelity test beds for cyber analysis.
• Manage administrative tasks including performance appraisals and career development plans.
• Interface with customers to ensure project expectations are exceeded.
• Document and brief findings from penetration tests and vulnerability scans.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship with active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in threat system analysis or reverse engineering.
• Proven experience leading technical teams in weapon system analysis.
• Ability to assess, document, and create proof of concept software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across functional teams.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Previous leadership experience.
