Salary: PLN 35,000–40,000 gross/month (UoP)

What you will do

• Define and execute the global onboarding playbook, methodology, and quality standards.
• Build, lead, and develop distributed onboarding teams across multiple regions including Australia, the USA, Germany, and Poland.
• Own key performance metrics such as go-live speed, onboarding quality, and team capacity.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex and high-risk enterprise customer implementations.
• Partner with Sales leadership to ensure pipeline readiness and effective resource planning.
• Manage the function's budget and drive continuous operational improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS implementation, onboarding, or Technical Customer Success.
• Proven track record in building and scaling onboarding functions across multiple regions.
• Experience leading distributed, multi-time-zone teams and developing senior leadership.
• Strong operational mindset with expertise in platform configuration, data migration, and API integrations.
• Excellent command of English is essential.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience communicating at the executive level.

Nice to have

• Experience with fitness, wellness, or membership platforms (e.g., Mindbody, ABC Fitness, Daxko).
• German language skills.
