Infrastructure Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Must be based in Sauda, Rogaland, Norway

What you will do

• Lead daily operations of AI data center infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Manage hardware installation, maintenance, and infrastructure lifecycle activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Infrastructure Operations Operators.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory of spare parts and assets.
• Monitor operational KPIs and produce reports on performance and service improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Sauda, Rogaland, Norway.
• 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure operations or data center environments.
• Proven experience leading technical operations teams in mission-critical settings.
• Strong understanding of HPC, GPU infrastructure, server hardware, and data center power/cooling.
• Experience managing operational performance against customer SLAs and KPIs.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CDCP or CDCS.
• Experience with NVIDIA GPU platforms, CUDA, and AI infrastructure.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud or HPC environments.
• Experience supporting hyperscale or enterprise data center operations.
