What you will do
- Install, configure, and build DataStorage Arrays tailored to specific customer needs and availability.
- Manage and maintain DDN, Pure, and VAST storage area networks (SANs) and network attached storage (NAS) systems.
- Provision storage resources, including pools, volumes, and snapshots, to meet application and user requirements.
- Implement and maintain data protection strategies, focusing on backups and replication.
- Monitor storage performance and capacity utilization to identify and troubleshoot related issues.
- Participate in a weekly on-call rotation and maintain detailed documentation of storage configurations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in storage administration.
- Proven expertise with DDN and VAST storage solutions and their management consoles.
- In-depth understanding of SAN/NAS and storage protocols such as FC, iSCSI, and NFS.
- Strong Linux systems administration skills and experience with open-source technologies.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Seongnam-si, South Korea.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English with team members and clients.
Nice to have
- Experience with storage virtualization (e.g., VMware vSAN, EMC VPLEX).
- Familiarity with cloud storage solutions like AWS S3 or Azure Blob Storage.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
- Experience with HPC Cluster administration and parallel file systems used in AI/Cloud.
