What you will do

• Lead a team of 5–6 full-stack developers in building core applications and integrating AI-driven features.
• Provide technical mentorship and promote best practices in AI-assisted development.
• Make architectural decisions for backend (Java + AWS) and frontend (React/Angular) components.
• Write clean, maintainable code and establish high standards for code reviews.
• Collaborate with Product teams to prioritize features, estimate work, and streamline processes.
• Identify pain points and drive codebase improvements utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing applications in Java and AWS services.
• 5+ years of experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular/AngularJS).
• 3+ years of experience leading full-stack teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, production-grade cloud systems.
• Experience designing database models, particularly with cloud-based NoSQL/DynamoDB.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and motivation to integrate them into workflows.
