Product Marketing Manager (iGaming): Developing global go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns for online casino game launches with an accent on product positioning, monetization, and multi-channel acquisition. Focus on optimizing promotion funnels, analyzing CPA, LTV, ROMI, retention, and GGR, and managing affiliate, influencer, and external partner relationships.
Location: Work from home, the office, or a mix of both.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain product positioning, messaging, brand voice, and communication strategies across channels.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for international game launches and sustain momentum for existing titles.
- Create sales enablement materials highlighting game USPs for casino operators, affiliates, and industry stakeholders.
- Optimize game promotion funnels and evaluate campaign performance using CPA, LTV, ROMI, retention, and GGR metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, PR, and Product teams to turn market insights into product enhancements and promotional campaigns.
- Manage relationships with influencers, affiliates, agencies, and other external partners to increase game awareness and player engagement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or growth marketing within the iGaming industry.
- Proven success launching and promoting products with measurable business results.
- Strong knowledge of go-to-market strategies, monetization models, promotional mechanics, and player retention techniques.
- Hands-on experience with performance, influencer, and affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Commercial awareness, passion for gaming, and a strong understanding of global iGaming trends.
- Advanced Russian and English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Microsoft Power BI, or other analytics platforms.
