Location: Onsite in Jenbach, Austria

What you will do
- Drive service readiness for products and platforms during the NPI process, focusing on technical aspects such as tooling, maintenance plans, and spare parts forecasting.
- Act as the global service representative and single point of contact between NPI teams and the service organization.
- Develop Entry into Service (EIS) strategies, including maintenance plans, manuals, documentation, and required training.
- Own all service deliverables and act as the final service approver for NPI projects.
- Collaborate with product line management, engineering, and operations to ensure service requirements are met.
- Monitor KPI dashboards and present performance metrics to the senior management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering.
- Strong experience in operations, services, or project management.
- Detailed technical understanding of reciprocating engine operation and maintenance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
- English: C1 level required.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work from Jenbach, Austria.
