What you will do

  • Build and execute joint business plans with strategic partners to drive growth and product adoption.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across new and existing accounts using data and market insights.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Delivery teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution.
  • Manage partner initiatives end-to-end, from strategy definition to performance monitoring.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and optimize partner outcomes through strong executive relationships.
  • Shape value propositions and pitch multi-product solutions to unlock new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.
  • Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships, including executive and C-level contacts.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a data-informed approach to growth.
  • Experience managing initiatives end-to-end from strategy to execution.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for market research, data analysis, and operational efficiency.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling multi-product or platform-based solutions.
  • Background in payments, fintech, digital commerce, or ad/media environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Existing network within enterprise or strategic merchant segments.
