What you will do
- Build and execute joint business plans with strategic partners to drive growth and product adoption.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across new and existing accounts using data and market insights.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Delivery teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution.
- Manage partner initiatives end-to-end, from strategy definition to performance monitoring.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and optimize partner outcomes through strong executive relationships.
- Shape value propositions and pitch multi-product solutions to unlock new business opportunities.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.
- Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships, including executive and C-level contacts.
- Strong commercial acumen with a data-informed approach to growth.
- Experience managing initiatives end-to-end from strategy to execution.
- Comfortable using AI tools for market research, data analysis, and operational efficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience selling multi-product or platform-based solutions.
- Background in payments, fintech, digital commerce, or ad/media environments.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Existing network within enterprise or strategic merchant segments.
