TL;DR

Application Specialist (ERP/SaaS): Implementing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise applications to support business processes with an accent on system administration and technical support. Focus on customizing workflows, resolving Level III incidents, and optimizing application performance to minimize business disruption.

Location: Hybrid (Milan or Turin), must be available to go to the office once a week

Salary: EUR 27,000 – 50,000 Gross Annual

What you will do

  • Implement, configure, and maintain enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, SaaS) to support business operations.
  • Customize application settings, workflows, security roles, and permissions based on business needs.
  • Provide Level III technical support to resolve business-critical application issues and minimize disruption.
  • Manage application upgrades, releases, patches, and the deployment of new features.
  • Monitor application performance, availability, and overall system health.
  • Maintain comprehensive configuration documentation and system specifications.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in application support or system administration.
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and SaaS platforms.
  • English: C1 level required.
  • Italian: B2 level required.
  • Must be based in Italy and able to work from the Milan or Turin office once a week.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with data management, APIs, or application testing.
