Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Warsaw, Poland. Role is onsite or hybrid.

Salary: 14 200 - 22 200 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of complex test strategies for large-scale gameplay systems.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to identify quality risks early in the development cycle.
• Analyze defect KPIs to improve test coverage and effectiveness across product systems.
• Mentor junior QA analysts and specialists to promote best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Serve as a bridge between QA and development teams to ensure quality goals are met.
• Review and refine test documentation to maintain high project standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 1-2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
• Proven experience in creating and executing test plans for complex gameplay systems.
• Strong understanding of software interactions and gameplay systems.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA or TestRail.
• Must be able to work from the office in Warsaw, Poland.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of automation tools or scripting for QA processes.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience in testing multiplayer game elements.
