What you will do

• Act as the primary supply chain lead for assigned programs, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, and manufacturing.
• Translate engineering BOMs into procurement plans and manage material readiness for build phases.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure supplier adherence to TISAX, ISO, and ethical standards.
• Manage relationships with upfitters and third-party partners to ensure program timelines and quality standards are met.
• Define and track supply chain KPIs, providing visibility to leadership and driving process improvements.
• Develop and execute contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions and risks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain program management, NPI, and hardware operations.
• Strong proficiency in BOM management, material planning, and procurement processes.
• Experience in automotive, consumer hardware, or robotics industries.
• Familiarity with supplier compliance frameworks such as TISAX and ISO standards.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and stakeholders.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
