What you will do

• Own and improve the end-user technology environment including devices, corporate accounts, and SaaS access.
• Manage IAM, SSO, and secure access policies for key applications.
• Build and automate onboarding/offboarding workflows and account provisioning.
• Manage endpoint security and device lifecycle across distributed teams.
• Oversee Service Desk operations and vendor/license management.
• Standardize EUC processes and drive self-service and zero-touch provisioning.

Requirements

• 7+ years in IT, with 3–5 years in EUC, Workplace Technology, or IT Support Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Slack administration.
• Experience with IAM, SSO, IdP, and access management.
• Experience with MDM/UEM tools like Jamf or Google Endpoint Management.
• Understanding of macOS, Windows, and mobile operating systems.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management or ServiceNow.

Nice to have

• Certifications: Google Workspace Administrator, ITIL v4, Jamf Certified, or PMP.
• Experience with self-service portals, Slack bots, or automated IT workflows.
• Experience standardizing user environments during M&A or company scaling.
